No matter where we live or what we look like, we all deserve to live in communities that are safe and free from gun violence. Republicans in NH leave us all vulnerable by refusing to embrace common sense gun safety. Our children cower under desks for active shooter drills in school and our police officers are at risk every day when they confront criminals armed with military-style weapons. It doesn’t have to be this way.
*We all want to know that when a loved one walks out the door, they’ll return home safely.
*I know that keeping guns out of the hands of domestic abusers will keep women and families safe.
*We can build the systems that we need to keep our loved ones safe from self harm.
*I believe that we can make sure our police officers are as safe as possible while they do their jobs.
